I would like to ask where could I found Smart Lock settings in this ROM?

I've tried to find it, but I can't saw it...

Or this function is not available yet?

Setting -> Security
Set screen lock (pattern or pin)
Go to advansed -> Trust agents
Check Smart Lock (Google)
Back to Security and go to Smart Lock

I use TWRP 3.0.2.5.
If i'd like to flash the newest radio from the first post: how shall i do it?
And how can i save/backup the radio installed on the swift now?
