[ROM][CM13.0][6.0.1][crackling] Temasek's UNOFFICIAL Build v11 [2016-08-18]

I went back to play CM 13, it works and the battery drain is gone!

I have problems with Build v10 [2016-07-16], if I want to update an app to a newer version.
It is the message "app was not installed".
I must first uninstall the older version from app and then install the new one.
But that does not make sense, as this will erase all settings.
I use to update MyPhoneExplorer via WLAN. But with MOBILedit! USB is the same problem.
In older versions of CM, there was not the problem.

New build is up! v10.3!

@beroid My phone doesn't wake up sometimes after I locked it. Tried pressing the power button a lot of times, I have to remove the battery and turn it on again.

I also have battery drain unless setting the Location mode to "Device only". Same messages like martinknl. Also unter v10.3. It started after v8.8

Flooding of logs with the LocSvc messages (like martinknl post) for me too (on 10.0). Thousands of wakeups from LocSvc per minute.

Edit: Tried 10.3. dirty flash=LocSvc flooding, semi dirty(incl. system)=LocSvc flooding, clean(full wipe)=ok
So this might be related to some ****ty software/settings and not the rom.

Edit 2: Everything fine using nandroid backup from 20/7 (my initial v10.0 setup with all apps), so it has to be some new/updated app or setting on the phone. (strange though it isn't showing up in wakelocks/cpu usage, but as CM-Modsystem/LocSvc instead).

Edit 3: Updated semi-dirty from my 20/7 backup to 10.3 and new gapps. Still no LocSvc problem. Will update apps next and try to find out which app breaks it ,-/ This might take some time ...

• Enable property for deep buffer
• Disable the combo provider (I hope that the fixed battery drain)
• Update radio props
• Enable B service adj transition by default
• Re-configure state helper
• Set values for screen minimum and dim brightness

Kernel updated (v0.77)

• f2fs update
• ext4 update
• add exfat support

Battery drain (LocSvc issues) seem to be fixed for me with 10.4

Hey

I'm getting reboots, seemingly whenever I clear all on the recents panel.

I've tried attaching a logcat but its refusing to upload for some reason

Its very hit and miss with the reboots. But 3 of the 4 times its rebooted its been the clear all button.

random soft reboots. happens when I close tabs in the default browser and sometimes randomly when I hit back.
