Another Question:
Did you try several reboots? I had some cases where the sim cards werent found on initial boot after flashing, only after reboot.

I went to CM13 as well and also no SIM, multiple reboots and flashes but no luck...
There are suggestions that we might need to use TWRP 2.8.6.0 to flash the firmware but I will wait for the next update and see if that fixes anything.

Please HELP, something when wrong
i can't install gapp on my wileyfoxswift and an error appear("e: unable to find partition size for '/recovery") every time i use the wipe.

i upgraded from 12.1 to 13.0-20160127-NIGHTLY-crackling and use the same version for recovery but did not work so i installed TWRP and this error occurs -see pics

btw, i install 12.1 back but failed to install the the gapp file so can someone help out. i did a complete wipe each time.

PLEASE HELP

Is there a way to start fresh without needing to go back from original rom? Also what version is stable with all the function of the phone working?

I ignore "unable to find partition size for '/recovery" in TWRP since nothing else needs recovery and it is running successfully.

Your other pic is from a different recovery tool.

I succeeded after using TWRP to BOTH install the system zip and the pico GAPPS zip AT THE SAME TIME. If I started the system and then went back to install GAPPS the I got endless Setup Stopped messages after starting the system after installing GAPPS. I think you cannot ADD GAPPS afterwards now because of permissions errors.

I could not install full gapps at the same time but I dont want full GAPPS.

There were some minor permissions problems I think when I booted. eg installing apps would not show the app as installed anywhere .. also wifi could not be switched on .. rebooting once for each problem in my case solved the issue and I am working fine on wileyfox with 13.0 from Jan29 and GAPPS from the same date.

I am not sure if installing system and gapps at the same time (maybe pico) is possible with the recovery provided along with the system zip. Perhaps it is .. but TWRP is just so awesome I am happy to have it there.

1st, thank you for the fast reply and sharing you experience.

Yes, the picture are diff recovery showing that the cm recovery couldn't install the gapp and the other one showing the error prior to rom & gapp flashing and eventually hanging when reaching the gapp portion of the install. I'm not in boot loop, thank goodness.

I did try both method and also got the error as you did but strangely the gapp did not install together with the rom. As you mentioned above maybe it is the gapp version and i will try to use the pico and 29th rom. May i know the link for the gapp you used? i just used from open gapp in arm64-aroma-6.0 and TWRP 2.8.7.1 all from xda links.

As for the full gapp, i was able to install & use aroma when i using cm12.1 not in cm13.0. Also very strange that happened that even after i reverted back to 12.1 complete with wipe, using the same files (12.1 rom and gapp-arm64-aroma5.1 and aroma-arm64-5.1-gapp) it fail to install just hang.

Btw, the OTA update for cm requires wipe? or i can just update? so my data will not be lost if yes, then how about the gapp if it requires to be flash at the same time?

I will update once i tried the pico. thanks

It works only in pico, AROMA gapp NOT WORKING
It works and thanks for the help

The pico gapp works and i used jan30 nightly and gapp but I noticed that the battery icon was replaced by the gapp so instead of the cool circular icon it is now an ordinary battery icon. That is the reason why i want aroma so i can select all the original cm to be installed rather than the one in gapp, i hope it will be fix so i can select what to install.

Anyway I'm just happy that it works now.

Thanks for the help and best regards.

Reverted to 12.1, Aroma works
Since i can't select which to install on pico gapp,
i decided to revert back to cm12.1 but gapp didn't work on TWRP.
So i replace it using cm12.1 recovery 20160107, and it work like a charm.
I think i will be sticking with 12.1 for the meantime
and install TWRP after i all is working well so i can make use of the backup feature.

I really WISH RECOVERY will be fix for AROMA.

What works: (haven't tried all version)
On TWRP - i was able to use arm64-pico-6.0 on cm13.0 20160130
On CM Recovery - arm64-aroma-5.1 on cm12.1 20160107

This is based on my experience with the HELP of the awesome people in the forum. I just want to let you know and maybe it will be useful to other noobs like me
