Yes I understand for cortana mod but even Skype contacts don't show up on dialer.

If you open Dialer, and click the 3 dots for Settings on the right of the search bar, there should be Skype settings at the very bottom?

If not, you may need to reinstall the Skype app or (re)apply the Skype MOD?
