Thank you. I rooted the Wileyfox Swift 2 with the method described in this thread and flashed the latest twrp recovery.

I'm having no luck at all with the instructions in this thread. Firstly, it took a while to discover that the instructions are incomplete. "on your computer type" says nothing about how to correctly use the Android SDK tool commands. I would have greatly appreciated more detailed instructions.

Having worked that out, I assume I now have fastboot working correctly if my Swift is listed when using the 'fastboot devices' command. The three commands to unlock the bootloader don't work for me. This is the response I get from the first one:
Code:
FAILED (command write failed (no error))
The other two commands don't work either. OEM Unlock is enabled in the phone's developer settings, and the phone is connected via USB with Fastboot Mode active. I ran Command Prompt as administrator and changed the directory to the platform-tools folder. As I said, 'fastboot devices' works fine at this point, but nothing else.

Also I think Google doesn't allow phones to be pre-rooted if they have gapps and what you currently have is Cyanogen OS, it is the business version of Cyanogen Mod.

Works just fine with the Swift 2 plus.

I have unlocked my Swift2+ en flashed TWRP, that works fine now.
But i have flashed de SU 2.46 several times now, but the swift2 won't start up, the only thing i see is the flashing word CYANOGEN and that's it. It just won't start up.
Sometimes i have waited for 20 minutes, but it won't started.

What do i wrong here???

I have the SU on the internal memory, not on the external SD...Is that the fault i make???

Help!!!! I think I'm going crazy. I have unlocked the bootloader in the developer options, set my Swift to fastboot mode, but when I try to input commands into it, my PC doesn't recognize it, no matter what I type: "fastboot devices", "adb devices"...none of those seems to do a thing. What am I doing wrong? Thanks in advance

Had same issue, your PC doesn't have fastboot loaded, search XDA for the installation package.
