Download Gapps.
Put gapps and firmware to the phone
Go to TWRP
Wipe
Advanced wipe
Select Data, system, cache, dalvik cache
Confirm clean swipe
Go to the main menu and click "Install"
Please install zip firmware, then zip to Gapps
Reboot your phone
