Can someone please upload the final build of CM12.1 for the Swift? I need it because it was one of the most stable builds I have used

Right, I am interested as well. Somehow this build was not archived on cyanogenmod itself.

I downloaded the build you uploaded and then used CyanDelta to patch it. I would upload the patch version but its 800mb thanks to CyanDelta. Just get CyanDelta from the PlayStore and choose the zip and import it. Then it will delta update it.
