If you not rooted then just flash stock recovery via fastboot then hit install update

Installed the new version (http://builds.cyngn.com/incremental/...a15-signed.zip) over COS 12.1 (completely stock, not rooted), works like a charm.

Hello i have stock COS 12.1 and i have stock recovery. I just rooted phone did not replace recovery etc. If i want to update with COS 13 what i have to do please help.

COS 13 Update was offered for Download, installed it.... and the encryption pin is no longer accepted.

Trying to flash 12.1 again as suggested in the OnePlusOne Forum...

Update: Flashing cm-12.1-YOG7DAS2FI-crackling-signed-81d046434c.zip did help, i can access the phone again.
