I think I need to roll back/reset (or whatever it's called) my Swift, since this last Crackling update thing I have the following issues:
1) The Visualiser on the music player only works when it feels like it on the lock screen
2) I can't delete individual call logs, I can only wipe the lot
3) when some people text me, it doesn't play the text sound or notify me in any way, not even the notification light
4) switches off when I play music on the music player (I use Onkyo HF Player - free version)
All this worked fine before this latest update, is there any way to fix these issues in settings? if not, how do I do a "system recovery/factory reset" ... sorry for my lack of tech ability, I'm ok on a PC but phones are not my thing
