How do I transfer my backed up samsung spb file contact to my Cyanogen 12.1 phone?

I will cut the long story short. I had a Samsung phone which died, I backed it up before it died. I got myself a Wileyfox swift phone which uses Cyanogen 12.1

How do I transfer my contacts from kies to my new phone? I have the contacts SPB file. What do I do to transfer it to get it to work

Try and see if Kies can not export it to a CSV file. Then login to your Google account and go to Google Contacts and import the CSV there. Then log into your Google account on the Swift
