I'll just add that my phone has been working without issue for the past few weeks, but just today on connecting to my school's WiFi network it rebooted. Never had any issues with any other WiFi network.
I do not blame this issue on the dialer but on the networking system, (possibly its handling of a large network made up of many Apple Airport Expresses with the same SSID) which may or may not be triggered by new notifications appearing when on the WiFi network, such as calls or emails.
