I do not have a Wileyfox Swift at hand but when I did I checked.
Typically 64bit firmware has 64bit (and 32bit) shared libraries and 64bit (and 32bit) dalvik caches.
The directory naming may be lib64 and lib respectively and arm64 and arm respectively.
