I was able to ask questions and got response from Rye and My123. I was not using a pw.
Even I was not using a password! But no one replies to my posts. (maybe the problem is on my side)

Hi, don't know if this is OT, but when Windows RT reboots my keyboard doesn't work so I can't accept the installation ... thank you.
darkmage1975: Volume up/down buttons on the side to change selection. Windows soft-button to select.
So I managed to get at the screen where is asks me to accept the installation. And I did, I accepted it. Is it possible now to enter boot menu on the surface rt?

You can boot anything now by going to settings in the side bar menu, clicking "change PC settings", navigating to "general" settings, and at the bottom of that you should see an "advanced startup". Selecting "restart now" underneath "advanced startup" should bring you to a menu that will allow you to select a USB drive to boot off of.
