Does anyone know how to enable or could provide some means of installing the Start Menu from Windows RT 8.1 Update 3 on Windows 8.1 Pro Update 2?
Windows RT 8.1.3 Start Menu
The idea is to keep live tiles as they appear on the Start Screen.

They're targeted at completely different hardware, so unfortunately no

That are targeted to different architectures is obvious.
I say in order to review the update KB3033055 and other related to Update 3 and extract the resource in question and make it compatible with Windows 8.1 PC.
Or even make the KB3033055 and other related update compatible with the Windows 8.1 PC.

I guess it's possible. I doubt it uses anything but .NET. The main issue is getting it working with x86 services since it's most definitely configured only for ARM32 services
