Hi all !
I wanted to present tools from Microsoft for OEM partners. This tools allows build new FFU files and rebuild ROMs . Other tools can build and sign CAB files, send it to phone. Next tools can test devices etc... This package have additional cab files, and much much, much other tools.... (4.17 GB)

If this is what I think it is and does what I think it does, then we are looking at amazing custom interop/full unlocked roms are we?

I wonder when someone can manage to make a Custom Interop/Full Unlocked ROM for Lumia and all other Windows Phone devices with this tools? I'm so excited XD

Yes and no every phone have different bsp config I undertand that this file declarates hardware IDs manufacter type etc..
No response from qualcom at the moment

Guys , don't think about custom roms without disabling secure boot and unlocking boot loader .
you will stuck at sign check even you create your own rom . Roms must be signed using Microsoft certificates so don't think about it
