Lumia 520 BRICKED After Flashing India rom on non India Phone

I got dload Brick and i have looked at all of the posts on fixing and it did not work i am still in dload

backstory

i wanted to get denim on the usa att lumia phone so i tryed to flash the india rom and that did not work xd and now i am stuck

and right now i do not have the tools to jtag
