Teclast X98 Touchscreen not working at Android but working in Windows!!

Really strange:

Suddenly touchscreen stopped working at February 2018.

Touchscreen stills works in BIOS, at DualBoot-Manager-Screen and at Windows10!

But Touchscreen does not work in Android.
It also does not work after restoring a full-backup (32GB dd from /dev/mmcblk0) from 2017.

So, there seems not to be a hardware defect, because Touchscreen "only" does not work at Android.

Any Ideas?

Now did a full clean install of android, kernel and recovery system: still touchscreen not working at android.
