Released in June 2016, the Xiaomi Redmi 3s is a budget device which packs in reasonable hardware specifications for the cost. Processing power is supplied courtesy of a Qualcomm Snapdragon 430 SoC, which comprises of a 1.4 GHz octa-core CPU, an Adreno 505 GPU and 2 GB of system RAM. The 16 GB of internal storage can be expanded thanks to 256 GB microSD card support. Enclosed within the 144g chassis sits a 5" 720P IPS LCD display, which offer a pixel density of ~294 PPI. The whole package is kept ticking by a non-removable 4100mAh battery.
