Sony Xperia E5 disable permissions popup

I just bought Sony Xperia E5, but there is a problem. When i open any apps for the first time, it asks me for permission and i have read and click allow or deny, each permission. Sometime Chrome ask me permission again even i allow it while i use Chrome for few hours. I know it's a feature but it's super annoying.

How can i disable the popup and let me decide later?
