You can only reformat the partitions but not re-partitioning them.

Tried formatting it using a PC?i did install twrp ..i tried wiping sd-ext but i cant it gives an error.

Try older versions of flashtool (v0.9.18.x) to restore. Newer versions is known to have occasional bugs for older devices.am sorry for not being clear...my internal memory of the phone is corrupt(not my microsd card)..now as far as i know they are not pc software to fix that.
