Hello.
I suddenly have boot problems from nothing. The (darkened) boot animation runs endless.
Now I would like to find out which modifications at the data partition I should do to fix that problem.
Therefore I need the boot logs.
After some research with TWRP file manager I found the folders system/bin/log and system/bin/logcat.
Are those the right one?...
As TWRP's file manager does not seem to support a file reader to review files I had to use USB-OTG to get those log files onto my laptop.
But big disappointment: I cannot recognize any useful log info in them. Almost control characters.
Can anybody tell me please how I can activate and/or where I can find proper boot logs?...
Thank you very much.
Addendum:
Now I found additonal logs in folder /cache/recovery. And those can be read as usual.
