Team Bliss is not responsible in any way for anything that happens to your device in the process of flashing.
Please familiarize yourself with flashing and custom rom use before attempting to flash the rom.
Please make sure you download the correct version of BlissPop for your specific device. The links are labeled clearly.
  • Make sure you are rooted.
  • Make sure you have a custom recovery installed. (TWRP is the preferred recovery)
  • Download the latest Bliss Rom & the latest GApps package.
  • Boot into recovery.
  • Perform a FULL factory wipe and wipe/system and dalvik cache as a precaution
  • Flash Bliss Rom
  • Flash Google Apps package (for 5.1.1!)
  • Reboot
  • First boot may take up to 10 minutes, but subsequent boots will only take up to a minute!

- You tell me!

-Download the Catlog app from the Play Store.
There is also a donate version which you can purchase to show appreciation.
-After downloading the Catlog app, go to the app settings, and change the log level to Debug.
-Clear all previous logs and take the exact steps to produce the error you are receiving.
-As soon as you receive the error (probably a force close), go straight into Catlog and stop the log recording.
-Copy and paste the entire log either to Hastebin or Pastebin
-Save the log, and copy and paste the link into the forum with a brief description of the error.
-You can also open trouble tickets on our website for bugs.

More screenshots!

Huge thanks to all members of Cyanogenmod for the source.
Also a huge thanks to @Chainfire, NamelessRom, SlimRoms, EuphoriaOS, CRDoid (waiting for their return), as well as Team Revolution (@boylush, @Furrydaus, @AndroidNoob69 ), @DarkPassenger, @Mrcl1450, & all the other developers who work hard to keep all the great features coming!
We really appreciate all your knowledge & hard work!

Thanks to @skyliner33v for making our wallpaper & boot animation, @electrikjesus for making the optional boot animations, @pjgraber03 for developing and maintaining our website,
@death2all110 for developing the BlissPop Wallpapers app, and @nicholaschum, @genesixxbf3 and @tobitege for the OTA xml generator.
Thanks to @Kryten2k35 for the original source of the OTA app.
We do NOT ask for or expect any donations from users.
If someone takes it upon themselves to donate to us, of course it will be appreciated,
and all funds will be used to pay our server fees.

Hit Thanks if you liked this ROM!

One of the main problems with our ROMs is the battery drain on most, so this ROM has some features to help you counter exactly that!

Kernel Adiutor
This is probably one the most powerful kernel tools I've used. In this tool, you can modify the following:

- Disable CPU cores according to your needs
- Modify the minimum and maximum CPU frequencies
- Change the CPU governor
- Change the properties in the CPU governor
- Enable MULTICORE power saving, which tries to group tasks into the least cores possible!
- Change the CPU voltages
- Enable or disable MPDecision

- Change the GPU frequency
- Change the GPU governor

- Enable USB fast charging!!

- Change the Min/Max values for killing apps

There are also other stuff in this app not for saving battery, such as:

- Change the volume gain for headphones, speakers, etc so that the maximum volume can be EVEN LOUDER

I/O Scheduler
- Change the IO scheduler
- Change the read ahead values

And MUCH MORE miscellaneous options you can find out for yourselves! It is under Performance/Kernel Adiutor!

For those who have problems with the battery drain, you can try this:

RECOMMENDED SETTINGS by @prangr8 and @ckrishnakanthc:

1) CPU Governor set it to Conservative
2) In Governor Tunables
down threshold 50
freq_step 7
up_threshold 90
Go back, set apply on boot
(Skip step3 if you are a heavy user as step 3 can cause random reboots at heavy loads. Ex: Antutu Benchmark)
3)CPU Voltage---> Global Offset----> -30
Set Apply On Boot
4)CPU Hotplug----> MPDecision, switch it on
Set Apply On Boot
5)Battery--> Enable USB Fast Charge
Set Apply On Boot
6)I/O Scheduler
Internal Storage Scheduler fiops
External Storage Scheduler bfq
External Read-ahead 256 kB
Set Apply On Boot
7)Kernel Samplepage Merging
Set Enable KSM
Set Apply On Boot

THANKS @prangr8 and @ckrishnakanthc FOR THE ADVICE

Results (according to prangr8 on AICP): I had not even a single percent battery drop with no battery saving apps nothing used when on 6 hours standby time.

Wakelock blocker
This is UNDER DEVELOPER OPTIONS! You can enable this by going to Settings/About phone and tapping the Build Number lots of times.
- You can prevent the system from waking up your device. So if a certain system app is draining your battery SEVERELY, you can stop it by using this!

Yes, and I recommend that one because Tangerine has more stuff than the stock kernel.
