If you not backup it, nothing serious will happen. But if you have a chance, do backup.

Ok so if i have to flash twrp through flashtool i have to go to flashtool-button near blu- select kernal to flash and select twrp right??

NO. As you will end up with recovery in boot section which will make your device unbootable.Flash kernel which has (all of them for the latest custom ROMs) built-in recovery and use it.

Don't mess android OS and Youtube APP.
F2FS is not the case.

I can see the decrease in frames persecond of every video and game

Benchmarks are one thing, fluidity of interface and app opening speed is another.
Though with overclock it shows above stock results in benchmarks too.
