I really made a mistake flashing the ICS rom for my Xperia U... The rom I flashed was a french one so it came with french bloatware. I flashed the st25i rom on it with flashtool and of course, ignoring the baseband.

The phone has been soooooo slow ever since. It's TERRIBLE. Now that Sony released the ICS for my Sales Item, I tried to update the software with sony update service and the french bloatware was STILL THERE!

Clearly my phone is still running that same FW release from France and I want away from it.

What should I do? What can I do? :I

EDIT: I looked around and found the rom I flashed before. My phones software SL has changed! It's now 1262-1120 even though my phone says 1262-1276 on the back How can I return it? Link: http://xdaforums.com/showthread.php?t=1918920&page=13

Yes. there will be no Jelly Bean for Xperia U but Xperia J which comes at the same price tag will get the JB update. Unfortunately it is not available in India so I am buying Xperia U tomorrow!

No matter we can receive JB update or not, we're enjoying ICS now and I'm quite satisfy with this.
