Tried it with rubber band, but results also the same. Now my phone is connected to the pc, rubber band is on the device(vol down) and no led lights. Maybe my XP is discharged? Is it charging when connected to pc and rubber band is on?
Sorry for my bad english !

Connect your phone to the wall charger for 1-2 hours. Then reinstall the drivers using the given software in flash tool folder. If that doesn't work try changing USB ports \ cables. If all of this fails redownload ftf.

That's because the flash operation has failed. Software is damaged. But don't worry, it is recoverable. Is your bootloader locked or unlocked

Well let it charge while boot looping. Reply if charging continues during bootloop or if it constantly restarts charging

After it charges try reflashing after reinstalling drivers or by a redownloaded ftf

Ok, will try. but can you please send me fastboot drivers and tell how to properly install them? I checked all boxes from the Flashtool driver, but it keeps showing i have to install that drivers.

I'm on my mobile right now so I can't supply files. In the flashtool folder (I'm thinking you are using windows ) run the program and at the very bottom flash mode and fast boot are located. Check them and install. Are you using windows 8?

If by full power of (pressing buttons for 10 secs) it still doesn't work then try using a different computer. (Friends etc)
