many bugs ... stuck on first boot for long time and when it opens everything crash

My first boot went fine but after that my phone would get stuck on the Sony boot screen. I've have to keep hard resetting my phone until it would decide to boot properly. It was also a problem booting into CWM. I've gone back to PAC for now.
