Bug List [confirmed 100% on Build 20131124, without GApps]:
- WiFi not working if screen locked
- Lag before unlock screen appear when WiFi is ON
- Camera button don't open the camera, instead it open the main screen (before the menu)
- Browser crash when opening "incognito" tab
- Browser crash ofter, loading some websites or on close
- Is not possible delete old calcs made with calculator
- Numbers when inserting pin code are cutted
- Background is not centered correctly
- UI bug when opening and closing search app
- Many errors in recovery (E: missing bitmap, code-1)
- Volume button lag very much when changing ringtone volumes (btw the ringtones don't work yet)
- GPS is not working, even with A-GPS datas (turns on but always searching for position)
- Is not possible remove google search bar in home
- App on sdcard will be auto-removed/blocked on reboot. To fix it move them in phone in app settings after installation (examples are xda app and subway surfer). I noticed it because apps where disappeared but datas still avaible, on titaniumbackup
- There should be a vibration on shutdown... right? If yes, is missing.
- Backgroud lag (black screen) moving from home to drawer
- Default background once changed cannot be selected back, and CM background are replaced with other different from other nighlties, why?

[not tested again on latest build, but 99% all not fixed yet]:
- Rebooting in recovery from the shutdown menu (advanced reboot) is not working
- Calls are very very laggy. Is hard to answer on a receiving call or stop one
- Crash after many seconds of blackscreen, when changing theme of CM filemanager. But after that, the theme is changed succesfully.
- AutoBrighness works, but it cause excessive CPU usage, almost always to max frequency
- No Ringtones on incoming SMS or Call (only "vibrate" works, fortunatly)
- CPU managment problem that cause "jumps" from 200 to X depending on choosen governor. I recommend interactive/SIO, with others is too high frequenzy and with smartassv2 or powersave too laggy (read details in post #243 in this thread)
- CM Reset & SD card wipe in settings is bugged (it works but first time loop without reboot)

I did not tested yet many things such as:
- Bluetooth (shouldn't work, as in other CMs)
- Music play, images and video playback
- Camera (is not reversed anymore but I did not any photo or video yet)
- Tethering (shouldn't work, as in others CMs)

Regarding ART, it works, it seems bootloped but it just takes a lot of time, after 10 minutes if not booted push the ON/OFF button.
I a bit less laggy using ART, but most of apps don't run on it yet, in fact is still experimental, use dalvik instead (default).

I'm still managment in how to make logcats without use any additional app, pls be patient. Also, please sto spam the GPS working, you're using mobile data or other services to detect your position, use GPS Status app and check it out, also with A-GPS datas it don't work, turns on but always searching for position.

With new gapps: back-, menu-, volume buttons and keyboard dont work, flashed back old gapps and everything was okey again.

For me audio dont work at boot. With few tries to play something it starts working.

Because they have 1gb of ram. As we have 512 we are in low ram moode bu default. You can change it in build prop

Thanks!! Successfully made notification bar transparent!!

For all people,
I have attached screenshot and the modified build.prop. copy this build.prop to overwrite the one in /system and make sure permissions are 644 if you want transparent notification bar. Please note that this build prop will no longer identify U as a low ram device. I have tried for a while and yet have not found any abnormal behavior (its a nightly in the first place :p). Enjoy!!

Flash boot.img first. Boot into fastboot mode and

Code:
fastboot flash boot boot.img
fastboot reboot

Keep pressing volume down button when it reboots and then flash the ROM.

@ team XperiaNovaThor, you can try to include the 'Lazy' governer in the next build. It works wonders on my xperia U. Worth a shot... and the pegasusq performs better than Lionheart, and also has more battery life, so you can consider making it the default gov.

CyanogenMod is a free, community built, aftermarket firmware distribution of Android 4.4 (KitKat), which is designed to increase performance and reliability over stock Android for your device.

    Code:
    #include
    /*
    * Your warranty is now void.
    *
    * I am not responsible for bricked devices, dead SD cards,
    * thermonuclear war, or you getting fired because the alarm app failed. Please
    * do some research if you have any concerns about features included in this ROM
    * before flashing it! YOU are choosing to make these modifications, and if
    * you point the finger at me for messing up your device, I will laugh at you.
    */

CyanogenMod is based on the Android Open Source Project with extra contributions from many people within the Android community. It can be used without any need to have any Google application installed. You will need to provide your own Google Applications package (gapps). CyanogenMod does still include various hardware-specific code, which is also slowly being open-sourced anyway.

    Installation:
    1. Download ROM zip and GApps zip.
    2. Boot into recovery.
    3. Wipe data and cache.
    4. Flash ROM zip.
    5. Flash GApps zip. You must flash gapps after every upgrade to CM11 since /system is formatted, wiping your previous add-ons.
    6. Reboot.

On this link, you can find the weekly FINALE of CM11 for Xperia U
