I clean flashed the latest nightly rom but the music bug is still in it i can only play one song without pausing or changing to another song i need to reboot everytime to do that so the bug is still exist can anyone help me :confused:
It's a bug on all Lollipop roms so far (unless there's one that I haven't tried yet).
The only solution is to let the first song that you play after a reboot play to completion, after that you can pause and skip to your hearts content.

Found a bug within media player, (a bug which has been around on all lollipop roms, but has been fixed on most that I've used)

After a reboot, any music app has to play the first track in it's entirety before you can skip tracks. any attempt to jump to the next results in the UI of the app displaying the next track but the audio continuing to play the track that it is currently playing for a few seconds, requiring a reboot for media audio to play again.

Can confirm that it is still in the latest nightly aicp_togari_lp-9.0-NIGHTLY-20150513.zip

Hi,

Can you guys tell me why when I flash a cm12 rom I end up with a c6802 modem? And a few restarts later I lose my lte signal and I get bumped to what I guess is 3g? Please? I'm tired of the Sony stock rom.

I have a C6806 model. I'm t-mobile I have unlimited lte. I wanna use a custom rom....

I know someone out there has this model....

Why can't I use my TWRP recovery? [emoji19]

I even flashed it with flashtool and it worked "once" but one restart and there it goes again that Cyonogen recovery from which I can't flash anything! Any ideas or view can I get this ROM to work with another recovery?

Already check that setting where it states to use CM recovery on update and it's unchecked!

depends if you have the "old" bootloader
or the new sony unlocked bootloader

if you didn't use sonys emma to install the new bootloader with dedicated recovery partition
boot into fastboot mode
and then in a commandline "fastboot flash FOTAKernel FILENAME_OF_TWRP_RECOVERY"

If, and only if you have the new bootloader flashed with sony emma
do "fastboot flash recovery FILENAME_OF_TWRP_RECOVERY" instead

edit: here is a small guide for getting the new bootloader and installing your recovery properly.

WiFi doesn't see networks when set to 5GHz only.
I can connect to a 5GHz Network when I set Wi-Fi frequency band in Advanced Wi-Fi to automatic, and it will reconnect to it once I set the band to 5Ghz only, but it cannot see others.

Thanks for the ROM but I can not understand how the Xperia Z Ultra model is compatible... I would avoid the brick
Which of these models?
Xperia Z Ultra (C6806 / C6833 / C6843)
Xperia Z Ultra (C6802 / XL39h)
Xperia Z Ultra (SOL24)
Xperia Z Ultra WiFi (SGP412)

Thank you!

i think difference between c6802 and 6833 is only baseband. while using custom roms we have to use modem patch for c6802

    AICP
    Android Ice Cold Project

AICP is known by everyone as Ice Cold Project that started on Desire HD and since then evolved into a mature ROM with the BEST community you can find!!!

Until Lollipop, Rom has always been AOKP based. Unfortunately, since AOKP either stopped development or will make a comeback later this year, we changed our base to CM when it comes to hardware, drivers and some features.

If there are any bugs, either we will sort them or CM team if it concerns their modifications. This rom isn't CM supported so no need to report errors or bugs to them!!

    • Don't disable Heads-Up. You wont be able to answer phone calls otherwise.
    • Minor bugs, same as CM, Mainly:
      • Some issues while Adaptive brightness is enabled
      • Ambient display isn't working
    • You tell... :p

ROMS should contain everything you need to enjoy Lollipop. You are not required to install any Add Ons, simply download the latest ROM, gapps, flash it, and go!
You are STRONGLY recommended to fully wipe your device before flashing, and if possible avoid restoring system apps and system data with Titanium Backup - these can cause stability issues that are very hard to debug. If you believe you know what you're doing - then fine, go ahead, but please don't complain if you experience strange behavior.

    How to flash:

    • Download the latest build & Gapps
    • Take a nandroid backup
    • Recommended - Full wipe and factory reset
    • Flash ROM & Gapps using latest TWRP recovery
    • Reboot & Enjoy!

    KERNEL:
Kernel in this rom follows SlimRoms source.

    PREREQUISITE FOR OTA:
To be able to flash over OTA app, TWRP recovery is needed.
You can still use CWM and OTA app, but only to download zip file and flash it manually from within recovery. Zip gets saved under AICP_ota folder on your internal SDcard.

If you want to contribute to the AICP or wanna see what is being worked on/merge feel free to visit our gerrit, link is at the bottom!!!

I've been on the march 1 nightly since yesterdag morning and I love it! Very stable and it gives me good battery life.
It says in the op that if you disable headsup you won't be able to take a call but that seems to have been fixed. I disabled them and I can answer my calls just fine.
