I will most certainly flash this because I'll bet my account UK unbranded won't get it till next month or something. I'm still on .434! Does flashing a ROM remove any data on your phone, and does it void the warranty?

No risks involved, as long as you uncheck "wipe data" in Flashtool you're absolutely fine.
