my Z1 won't response

My Z1 status :
ROM : Latest RR Rom
Battery : replaced (the old dead)
Screen : half broken ( the upside is broken )
Flashmode : no response ( 3 red led without vibration )
Fastboot : no response ( 3 red led without vibration )

my problem is : my phone drop down to 0% , i usually plug it into wall charger before 0% but i forgot so the phone totally dead i tried to charge it again but give 3 red led light without vibration and nothing happened also i tried to connect to flashmode and fastboot mode give the same
i also sit phone on charge for +12 hour still no response
any help ?

red blink 3 times mean your phone dead

emmc is dead

solution, replace emmc, but, if data on emmc is broken/corrupted(TA partition), your phone wont back to alive
