[MOD][.28][.690][.726]AOSP Wifi and Data icons

Replaces the horrendous stock icons for Wifi signal and Data signal with AOSP ones. In/out arrows have been removed, as they screw up the alignment.

Installation: delete everything in /system/priv-app/SystemUI, copy the downloaded apk there, rename it to SystemUI.apk if needed and set permissions to 0644. Make sure you delete SystemUI-overlay-285.apk from /system/vendor/overlay for the .28 version.

OP updated with modded UK .726 FW file. I have tried everything I could to fix the misaligned H+ icon but it's still not fixed.

You don't have to guess @fabripav, It's a common knowledge that to modify anything inside system folder you need elevated privileges, i.e root.
