Gravitybox beta5 works fine.
I think there is no reason for updating to 4.6.0, right?

Yes if everything is working fine for you there is absolutely no need to update.

also a solution to fix bootloop 0.4.6.0(4471):
use the magisk module to set SE to permissive.

Yesterday I did this (and it works):
https://github.com/ElderDrivers/EdXposed/issues/386#

Update: open EdXposed Manager -> Settings -> toggle on "App List Mode" -> Application List -> toggle on "Google Play Store", "Google Play Services" -> reboot -> safetynet passed. Yay!

I have riu 19.5, 0.4.5.1 Yahfa on Samsung Galaxy A6+ OREO 8.0 TNT ROM

Hey guys , sorry for asking , but im still on the old xposed on stock oreo samsung s7 ... ive noticed the art lag from the old xposed a bit ..

i tried edxposed a year ago but i had problems with it .

QUESTIONS:

is edxposed NOW better than the old xposed from a performance standpoint on oreo+ ?

can i just uninstall xposed and install edxposed and edxposed manager and reboot ? and then all my modules are working with the same settings and stuff? or should i disabled them all first ?

how do you guys use edxposed ? with blacklist ? with whitelist? whats the best way to configure it ?

Currently Edxposed is working ok on my S8 no problem. First issues of Exposed didn't work on Samsung devices. Currently use it on pie but should work on oreo ( according to GitHub ).

https://github.com/ElderDrivers/EdXposed

You should be able to uninstall Xposed then install Edxposed. Your modules should be ok.

I normally just use the Edxposed installer app the same as Xposed installer app. No special setup.
Due to the current issue of failing safety net i have used the black/white mode to blacklist Google Play Services. Passing safety net.

Performance wise I think Edxposed is better especially during boot stage.

On my S8 using:
Edxposed - yahfa
Riru core
Exposed installer app ( manager app causing some issues )
