Go in recovery mode, use the file manager to go to data/data/de.robv.android.xposed.installer/conf/ ,and remove the modules.list file, it should work, because it remove the list of the modules thar are to be loaded including rhe faulty one(s).

If not, you can try to delete /system/framework/XposedBridge.jar

I installed xposed-v87-sdk23-arm64.zip on my rooted Huawei P8 with TWRP, the installer finds it but rebooting takes 10+ mins and the Android Settings app automatically closes. What did i do wrong?

I had performed a quick lookup and found that, though, the Huawei P8 has multiple cores, it is an ARM (aka ARM32) and not an ARM64.

Unless there's something that I had missed?

Well the installer (XposedInstaller_3.1.1.apk) tells me i have ARM64. I rebooted again and pressed install/update in the installer. Even though i just installed in TWRP. I booted normally now and it seems to work. Settings are also working again.

I'm happy that it worked out for you!

It's funny that you've got an ARM64 when my search resulted in a different CPU...

I've been wrong before and I'm sure that I'll be wrong again. I'll always admit when I am.

Regardless i appreciate the help, Ibuprophen. But I ran into one of the same problems again, the Android Settings menu is inaccessible. It immediately closes.. What is this sorcery?

I'll have to ask Zeus and Odin...

They agreed for you to look/post that question somewhere within the following portion of the XDA Forum:
