Then there is something wrong with your build.prop or kernel. Use magisk hide prop.

Themes do support dark mode, just copy <themed.package.name>\theme_values.xml and all other files there to <themed.package.name>\nightmode\

Thank you for your feedback! Though mine stays opaque prolly because of China rom based? Since ours looks rather different. Also it is possible to scale status bar icons?

Sorry but you are mistaken. There is not a problem with my rom or kernel. Magisk 20.1 works perfectly with gpay but the modified version wont not matter the settings or work around used.
