It seems to completely circumvent the key intercept test screen. Scenario is:
1) Open key intercept test screen, hit intercept button
2) Press Vol Up (phone) to make sure it's intercepting, it is correctly intercepting
3) Press Volume Up Button on Headset
4) Headset button carries out the action on the phone, turning the volume up, key intercept doesn't show anything
5) Press Vol Up (phone) to make sure key intercept mode is still on, it is

Same issue with vol down, play/pause button, or vol up+vol down together which fires assistant

re torch If no one else is having the torch issue no need to worry about it, but if you do end up needing a logcat let me know I'll post one.

No crash, everything seems to work well, except the not saving issue.

I have an Samsung galaxy S7 flat with an Oreo ROM (from Teamexykings).

More tries today : 2 crash
1/ Choose "kill forgetting app" action crash PBMC
2/ When trying to change setting in "PBMC Settings", my phone stoped to respond : need hard reboot.

Have you tried setting up the chain then adding the name then hitting apply>then save? I was having the same problem but that seems to have fixed it for me, at least so far. I also have the issue with "Kill foreground app" crashing PBMC when I click it in the app. Doesn't show up in Xposed logs.

Could you post exact steps to reproduce the saving issue? Or is it extremely random?

The log is too small, go to the developer options in Android settings and increase the log size to maximum, then reboot and try getting the logs again.

Thank you so much @Xspeed
Here are the logs with below steps:
1. Increase log size to max
2. Clear logs for both Modules and Verbose in EdXposed.
3. Disable all other modules
4. Soft reset from EdXposed
5. Shut down then boot up
6. Press intercept button
7. Press volume buttons
But nothing happens.

@amplatfus Now I see the problem, you're using EdXposed in whitelist mode.
PBMC is a system hooking module, so it requires you to add "Android System" to the whitelist.
Otherwise nothing will work at all.

Also, I managed to locate the saving problem.
It happens when you exit the chain diagram with the arrow button instead of pressing the back key.
It will be fixed in the upcoming version.

I just posted a new version (4.1 confusing2) with a few bugs fixed, like the diagram saving one, among others.

Also two new types of conditions got added, input method state and screen rotation.
With those you can create a volume key mappings to make them act as arrow keys during typing text.
Then if you're feeling fancy you can make mappings with arrows reversed when device is held in reverse

Post the LogCat. Seems your Android may be processing bluetooth key presses differently.
Maybe I'll be able to figure something out.

Here's a log. I pressed the volume button on the phone after clicking the intercept button in the app, then I pressed volume on headset a few times as well as Vol Up + Vol Down (triggers google assistant). Hopefully this helps.
