If it's rooted and you have TWRP installed then it is as simple as downloading the correct Xposed zip file and apk. Flash the zip in TWRP recovery and then run the apk.

Its not rooted tho. Lol i need like a step by step process i have no idea i been at
It isnt rooted and idk i down load the twrp or w.e and it says no root available all the apps say the same but ehen i take the apk and put it on my sd card to upload it in recovery it says esign file error or some crap. Idk what im doing all ik is i want a carrier free device. Or unlocked if u will

This will not get you what you want. It sounds like you still have a locked bootloader.

It's a two step process.

Did you flash the zip in recovery?
Did you then run the .apk once you booted your device?

All right, I just brought my Galaxy S4 back to life once again, but I'm back to being almost nowhere with Magisk (won't update to 16.0 for some reason) and Xposed (can't remember what the hell I'm supposed to use with my deodexed 5.0.1 Samsung stock ROM). Anyone happen to know or remember what I need to do? I want this **** to work so badly.
