Hi guys ive been wondering if using xposed moduels are illegal , specifically youtube adaway and youtube backround playback, and also soundcloud adblock. I really cant find anything on google for this so i decided to just post this here. Im worrying about this please guys help me out lol.

I know that ybp is frowned upon on xda, because it circumvents paid features (in u.s. At least).

How about The adbocker ones like youtube adaway and soundcloud adblock are those legal to use?

I'm not a lawyer but none are illegal afaik at least in the U.S. but, different countries might have laws

If you've got it into official Xposed Repository or we can talk about here (and in modules section) I think they are legal. Because using it, you don't modified YT app permanently - just you've got another apps (modules) for overlay YT. Can use or only download/install it for testing this part of service if it's not available in your country. Exactly - if you can't use this part of YT (background) normalny, what can you do? In sum, no one can force you to throw them away, nor account for use since modules are available here. That's all I think about. Cheers.
