Just so that you are clear, there is a Magisk module for Xposed available in Magisk Manager. Use that rather than the other systemless xposed zips that were made to be used for supersu/phh/etc.There is a zip that will uninstall supersu. I think this is it, but there might be a more up-to-date one: https://forum.xda-developers.com/sho...php?p=63615067

If you don't want to do a clean flash I would:
  1. Install Magisk Manager and Xposed Manager (The one that works with Magisk)
  2. Boot into TWRP Recovery
  3. Flash the xposed uninstaller zip
  4. Flash unsu zip
  5. Flash boot.img from whatever rom that you are using
  6. Flash Magisk
  7. Boot into your ROM and install Xposed module in Magisk Manager "Downloads" section
  8. Reboot.

If you get into a bootloop after flashing, you can try clearing cache/davlik and flashing your ROM over and then flashing Magisk and rebooting. Make a backup just in case.

YouTube Vanced is not a Magisk-only module. It is also available as a "normal" apk.
I don't use Magisk, only SuperSU.

Consult the Vanced thread before changing up your system just for this one app.

[APP][MOD][ROOT/MAGISK/NONROOT] YouTube Vanced Edition

For me, the Vanced and the previous iYTBP installers never worked for me but that's okay. Whenever I flash a ROM I just manually place the app in /system/app/YouTube/. Rename the app to just YouTube.apk and set file and directory permissions (rw-r-r for the apk).
Good to go and app works just fine. Even on my microG setups.

Vanced YouTube has all the features built-in that normally would've required separate Xposed modules. Icing on the cake is the optional dark or black skinning.
