Install APK. Go to quickshortcutmaker and find com.sonymobile.pocketmode2 TRY and activate

Pocket mode disables touchsreen when locked to avoid accident touches. Not an ambient mode.

No bro, Mine isn't unlocked but I know it needs to be rooted since you need to copy the file to pirv-app folder.

It doesn't look like ambient display its look like pocket detection is that only works when you receive a notification.
