The kernel seemed not working well
After flashing it, the phone cannot boot and stuck at "SONY" screen.
TWRP can be entered and SuperSU can be flashed, but the phone never boots properly.
I tried to restore to stock firmware by flashtool, and tried several times step by step, with no luck
Any suggestions?

All the problem occured after using flashtool? I guess there is something wrong with that. Could you send me flashtool log after you flash bundle? If system partition fail to flash, TWRP will show you 0 mb in system and it wont boot.

Yeah, the phone can boot after restoring by flashtool, without flashing the DRM fix kernel, It works well(But that's square one right..).

But once I flash the kernel, it just cannot boot, stucking at the sony screen. Then, no matter what I flashed in, TWRP, SuperSU, it cannot boot. The only way to boot properly is to reflash the stock ftf firmware by flashtool

I‘ve read the replies to the Kernel released by arjun.arora, it seems work with fw 235(Indian version) only, and I have 219(Hong Kong), this maybe the problem.

Hello Guys,
I really need Your help. I downloaded the latest FW 41.2.A.0.235 / R7D USA Custom via xperifirm. I bundled it just like the OP selected all. I clicked Yes when it asked about FSC. After the bundle creation finished I rebooted. Now I am stuck at the Sony Logo and I'm not sure what to do after trying several attempts just to bring it back to stock. =(

If you use latest Flashtool (0.9.23.2) and problem still persist, there is an alternative flasher (XFlasher) for xperia made by munjeni.
Take a look in his thread here.
Give it a try and let me know the result!

Its working for devices pre 2017. Devices which have usb flash vid=0fce and pid=b00b curently is not supported (thats totaly new flashing protocol and I have started working on a new flasher for supporting 2017 devices). But device which have vid=0fce pid=adde is fully working on xflasher.
