I have tested this patch with los ans crdroid with thé same results.
I flashed successfully the ROM & patch and all was working fine (sound ,data ans GSM connexion) for few hours. Then the phone freezes and after reboot,no GSM network détectéd at all... The only way to recover was to do a factory reset with twrp or revert back to oreo backup... Any idea?

Has done the same to me once.
Another issue was that sound worked fine for a while but then the sound was dropping during a phone call

I have used my backup to revert to Oreo my self

Hi,

If possible could someone give me some files as below ?

1. tombstones files(/data/tombstones/tombstone_xx : xx is number from 00-49)
2. ramoops after freeze occurred (/sys/fs/pstore/dmesg-ramoops)

if my assumption is correct crash information is recorded in these files.

note)
#1 is accessible by root maybe but #2 is accessible on unroot user (it is easy by using adb pull if you have).

Thanks

Hi there,

Just FYI...

I faced same issue and my assumptions are:
- audioserver and audio-hal crashed randomly when waking up from suspend (e.g. screen off to on)
- I debugged but I still can't find root cause. (it seems memory corruption but kernel w/ trap didn't work, I don't know why...now under investigation)
- To avoid this issue as temporary workaround, you will have to enable wakelock (don't need keeping screen on, it's ok to only enabling cpu wakelock). But power consumption will be bad because system can't enter suspend.

Please let me know if you have any question.
I'll let you know when any update.

Thanks

What about the ROM?

ARE you happy with it?

This rom works very well for me and I find it very nice, I think not to lie if I say that my smartphone works more agile and with less battery consumption, I have been using the phone for a couple of days and until now I have not found anything that does not work, sounds , coverage, wifi, cameras, video, etc. So far everything is perfect.
PS.- Also to reduce battery consumption I have disabled in the developer options "mobile data always active" without finding any problem in continuing to receive whatsapps or emails.
