don't forget you can get that from the play store... or there are other FM radio's on PS
arn't those internet radios?
i meant the FM radio that doesn't need internet connection. i think it's configured to the hardware radio chip.

i never seen any fm radio in playstore which can be used without internet..do u have any??You can still use any other radio app
i guess ,..need this too AsusFMService[and if u have odex file for both ..please send those..otherwise it may not work]

I didn't think people actually used it. Sorry folks.
It takes a long time to extract /system for some reason. This is just a current limitation of TWRP. That's why I even added in a line saying "Please Wait". It takes quite a while unfortunately.
Removed everything listed except for File Manager. I don't like the idea of leaving it with no file manager by default, and I'm not particularly fond of adding another one in.

Update 1.1 is up. Changelog has been updated to reflect changes.
I'll upload a flashable FM Radio that can be flashed immediately after the ROM.
FM Radio zip is up in second post.
It might give a message about not being able to unmount /system, but it still works.
To make sure to avoid errors on mount, I have to unmount first, but if TWRP doesn't mount system, it will just give that message.
Flash zip, reboot. FM Radio works. :good:
Thanks for the update and hard work! Im looking for something as slim as possible. I assume @XneofuX is as well so the removal of the apps stated by him is much appreciated.
Edit: After flashing the first boot got stuck at the splash screen for half and hour or so.. A restart got me up and running. This was on v1.0.

I don't want to modify the SysUI on this, due to pretty frequent updates from ASUS.
To change home screen Grid size:
Long Press on a blank space > Preferences > Home Screen > Grid Size
To remove "Do not disturb" notification:
Go to 'Settings' > 'Do not disturb' > (Very Bottom) 'Notification' > Off
To remove "Battery Ready" notification:
Go to 'Settings' > 'Battery' > Menu > 'Set Battery charging ready reminder' > Never (or whatever percent you want)
*Data removal flashable zip in second post. This can be used if you want to come from stock to this ROM. Flash full ROM first, then flash data removal. This will remove the updated Asus apps from the stock build, but will not wipe the rest of your data partition.
*This will not delete data or user installed apps. This will wipe /system so as to remove all the bloat, even if coming from stock doing an upgrade.

Remove Asus apps from Data:
Note: This is if you are coming from stock and have updated your apps.
If you clean flash (wipe system, data, cache, and dalvik) then you do not need this. This is if you're coming from stock and don't want to wipe everything out (keep your apps that you downloaded, etc). I still suggest a full, clean wipe.
Upon updating from the Play Store, the Asus apps are in /data/app, so just flashing SuperZen does not get rid of them.
This flashable zip will remove the same Asus apps from /data/app that are removed in the main ROM. This will not remove anything from system. It only cleans the data portion. *This does not remove Kindle, since people might actually use that.
18Alright folks, this thread and ROM are officially dead. I haven't had time to build on it, and a month ago we had a burglary at home and this phone (among many other electronics) was stolen from my home. I haven't bothered to replace it, since I didn't really use it much anyway.
It's been fun, and I would like to apologize for leaving it where it is, but there are plenty of other options out there. Thanks for all the support!16I'm just going to leave this here...
