Instalation method
Download the zip for SPFlashTool
Extract the zip content(android scatter and recovery.img) in a folder(name it how you want and dont forget where is located)
Charge the battery at least 50% and then TURN THE PHONE OF
Start the SPFlashTool and sellect the android scatter from the folder where you extract the zip content
After android scatter is charged check only "recovery"(uncheck other position) and verify if the path download is correct
Now press "Download" from the SPFlashTool interface
CONNECT the PHONE to pc and the procces instal should start (IF NOT START CHECK YOUR DRIVERS TO BE INSTALLED CORRECT)
When the green OK will apear that mean the recovery TWRP is installed
Disconnect and reboot the phone(the phone will reboot anyway alone) in recovery TWRP mode via "reboot mannager" from the system pressing and hold POWER button or via "VOL_UP+ POWER buttons like the previous recovery

For Blade Q download the TWRPrecovery_for_Blade_Q.img atached and rename it to recovery.img put it in a folder with an android_scatter for Blade Q device and follow the same steps like for Blade Q Maxi
For Blade Q Mini download the TWRP_recovery_ZTE_Blade_Q_Mini_for SPFlashTool.zip archive, and extract it
then follow the steps the instalation method

@vaserbanix, I finally managed to port twrp on Q mini using Carliv Image Kitchen and your recovery image for the Maxi. I tested backup/restore, everything looks fine. Feel free to add the attached file to your initial post. Thank you for having started this thread!
